Partner With Us
Rock Mountain Foundation partners directly with pastors and churches already serving their communities in the Philippines — we don’t fund at a distance, and we don’t fund strangers. If you’re a pastor in the Philippines interested in partnering with us, here’s how to start.
Do you qualify to partner with us?
RMF only accepts applications from pastors serving churches in the Philippines.
Before reaching out, take a look at the list below. Is your church already active in some of these ministries?
To qualify, your church must be actively running at least (3) three of these ministries, with proof of each.
Feeding Programs · Church Planting · Discipleship Training · Livelihood Programs · Education Assistance · Camps for All Ages.
Please note: RMF does not provide personal financial support, and does not fund land, vehicles, or transportation.
RMF may help with the building of a new church planted through an RMF partnership, but only as one of several supporters. We do not fund an entire building project, and proof of other partners’ support is required.
We partner with churches who are already doing this work and want to grow — reaching more souls through evangelism and meeting the needs of their communities. Rock Mountain Foundation isn't interested in building mega churches. We're interested in spreading the word of God through doing His good works.
Every request is reviewed prayerfully before we're able to help — submitting this information begins that process but isn't a guarantee of funding. We'll follow up with you personally either way.
What to send us
A little about your church — how long you've been serving, your role, and your denominational affiliation, if any.
Proof of ordination or certified ministry credentials.
The ministries your church is currently running (at least three from the list), and what the funds would go toward.
Feeding Programs · Church Planting · Discipleship Training · Livelihood Programs · Education Assistance · Camps for All Ages.
Proof of each ministry — recent photos or video of the ministry in action, with the date, location, and about how many people it serves.
Your church's address, and if available, checking account or Remitly information.
A short video about you and your church, (2-5 minutes) so we can hear from you directly.

Once you receive funds, we do not tell you which specific ministry to spend them on — that's your call as the shepherd on the ground. We simply ask that once a month you send us photos, receipts and a short-written update afterward showing the funds went toward ministry work, NOT PERSONAL USE
Accountability
Once you receive funds, we do not tell you which ministry to spend them on — that’s your call as the shepherd on the ground. However, every partner must report how the funds were used.
Within 21 days of each transfer, send us receipts for all purchases, along with photos of the ministry the funds supported (for example, food being served, school supplies given out, or building materials in use).
If a seller does not give receipts, send a handwritten list with the date, item, and amount, plus a photo of the purchase.
The next transfer will not be sent until the report for the previous one is received. Partners who do not provide receipts and photos will not receive further funding.
